What You'll Discover In This Course
- We will connect via Zoom Sunday, October 3rd from 2-4pm to meet, go over the course and answer questions.
- There will be weekly check-ins to ask questions and receive coaching. These are currently scheduled for 5:30 pm on Fridays (Subject to change per the group)
Join us for a week-by-week guide to bring awareness to your emotional habits, patterns and relationship with food, increase your body’s natural healing ability, learn your body’s unique language, decrease stress, regulate weight and feel great in your body!
Each week we will explore topics such as the 5 elements and how to align with them for vitality, discovering the right foods to eat for your body, learn different theories around eating, look at your digestion the hub of your health and how to heal it, breathwork for stress reduction, exercise for a fit body, proper hydration, 7 days of detoxification and the emotional, spiritual nature of health.
