NEW! Fast & Easy Booking

We’ve switched to Momence for a better experience

Welcome to our new and improved registration and sign up! After many years with Mindbody, we were unable to rectify a number of problems with that system and Fitgrid. We have now switched to Momence for our studio management needs. You can sign up for your classes quickly and easily through the schedule on our website. The image below shows an example of how it looks. For hybrid classes, you can select whether you want in-person or Livestream after you click the BOOK button.

Please review the bullet points below for information about how to access and use the new system. (Hint: it’s easy!)

Our new booking interface

THE BULLET POINTS

  • All registered students, their stored payment information, and class passes will be automatically converted to Momence. NOTE: If a stored credit card is expired, it will not be transferred and the student will be required to enter a new form of payment.
  • You will receive an autogenerated email prompting you to create a new password in Momence. Once you respond, you will be all set up!
  • Students will be able to EASILY register for classes at inlightencommunity.com with a simple interface that requires minimal scrolling and clicks.
  • Students can also register for classes through the Momence app (iOS and Android) or momence.com with a slightly different interface.
  • Virtual classes are now called “Livestream” classes, which will operate almost exactly as before. The teacher and students will be sent uniquely generated links and the class will be conducted through Zoom. NOTE: Momence allows for multiple Zoom accounts, so we have set up classes to eliminate the need for one class to end before another begins! This means you can talk with each other after class without having to rush off, regardless of the overall class schedule.
  • When the new system takes over, students will be required to sign up for their in-person classes ONE HOUR PRIOR to the start time. Livestream classes do not have a cutoff point. Students will be able to register for Livestream until the start of class.
  • Class passes will convert to a class “credit” system. Classes/services will be purchased using dollars or credits, depending on the student’s preference. If you have a balance in Mindbody and do not get a credit conversion into your Momence account, please contact us at info@inlightencommunity.com and we will straighten it out.
  • Students will only need to purchase ONE credit package for use with a class, workshop, or course for both in-person or Livestream.
  • Each credit is worth $11, which will mean savings per class when using credits rather than dollars. For example, the cash price for a Livestream class is $12 but only costs one credit ($11) and the cash price for an in-person class is $25 but only costs two credits ($22).
  • Students can purchase credit packs (similar to the old class passes) and we will continue to offer discounted access for new students and other special circumstances.
  • If you have trouble switching to the new system or getting into your class, please call us at 818-760-0112 or emaiinfo@inlightencommunity.com
